Therapist
Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence‑based modalities appropriate to client needs.
Maintain Medicaid‑compliant documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
Coordinate care with QBHS case managers, schools, medical providers, and community partners.
Support crisis intervention, safety planning, and stabilization as needed.
Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development
Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic services.
Qualifications

Active LPC or LSW license in Ohio (LSW/LPC required; LISW/LPCC preferred).

Experience providing mental health therapy to youth, adults, or families.

Strong skills in engagement, assessment, documentation, and clinical decision‑making.

Commitment to trauma‑informed, strengths‑based, and culturally responsive practice.

Reliable transportation for community-based sessions (if applicable).
Licensed independent social worker (LISW)
Offer clinical social work services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy. Requires a master's degree in social work and a valid Ohio LISW license. Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist
Qualifications

High school diploma with 3 years' experience or bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field, or two years of behavioral health experience.

Ability to work independently in community settings with diverse populations.

Strong communication, documentation, and engagement skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice.
Compensation & Schedule

Starting at $25+ per hour, based on experience and credentials.

Flexible scheduling; community-based travel required.
Office staff
Manage daily office operations, schedule appointments, handle client inquiries, and provide administrative support to clinical staff. Requires strong organizational skills and experience in a healthcare setting.
Starting at $20+ per hour based on experience
High school diploma or higher
Office administration experience
Ability to work independently in community settings with diverse populations.
Strong communication, documentation, and engagement skills.
